Our theme this week is "Clouds" - which I've known for a couple weeks now. Unfortunately, this time of year, our clouds are usually one solid mass of gray - pretty tough to see any formations. I tried, but no luck.
This photo was taken late last summer with my cell phone while my husband was driving past a local nursery. We made it home before anything hit, luckily!

"Solid mass of gray"... same here Sue. It is depressing if you let yourself dwell n it too much. Around here though, I look on it as the price we pay for our beautiful waterways and roses, which will be visible in a few months. (I spotted my first daffodil almost-bloom today.) I hope something makes it worth enduring for you too.
We actually had bright sunshine today - not a cloud in the sky! And then suddenly it disappeared and went flat gray again. The light on the icicles was fabulous, though.
very dark cloud, nice stormy feeling to the photo :)
Oh that cloud formation looks awesome. What was it a snow storm or a hurricane?
Wow, that's an ominous looking formation, isn't it? We're all gray and gloomy here, too, so now that my internet is working (sort of) again I'll have to post some last summer clouds, too!
Great photo's!
That cloud formation looks quite menacing...nice shot, Sue!
