Here's today's photo - yesterday's beautiful soap failed, so here it is, chopped up and being "rebatched" - I hope it works! Still smells good, but oh, how I hate it when this happens.
And for those who asked, here's a larger view of the aqua colored vase in front of the bamboo plate, holding the glitter twig. That's a large plate, isn't it? On the upper left edge, you can also see the hydrangeas in the wall pocket that I posted on day 2, as well.

The turqoise splash of color in that corner accented with the red is both cheerful and relaxing. I really like it.
Whoops, I thought it was 2 separate pic comments. I thought the soap was a picture of some food. I have an awesome pic of rigatoni that my DS made the other night and thought about posting it cuz it looks so good. Then when I thought you posted a pic of food, I was good to go. LOL Don't ya just hate it when you have to start over on something you make? I just had to throw out a doll in progress and start over. Grieved me no end.
LOVE the colour accents in this room, Sue! That large plate/platter is gorgeous....nice setting ~ :)
Oooooops, forgot to comment re. the soap.....so sorry that the batch failed. At first glance, I thought it was food too. lol
I first thought the picture of the soap was a dish you were preparing with tofu-LOL!
I love that room! The splashes of color, that screen on the table, the cat painting - just the entire look of the room.
LOL! I thought the soap was chunks of white cheese!
Love your decor in the next photo. There's something interesting and beautiful everywhere you look.

At first I was wondering what you were cooking for dinner, very interesting to see soap this way.
Beautiful room and thank you for showing the rest of the vase, I can see why it is your favorite.
I hope the rebatched soap works for you. I love the colour combination of the wall, vase and plate. Blessings, Nicole
What's cooking here? :)
Love the colors and I love the vase against this huge, beautiful plate.
Somehow I missed your post yesterday, great shots. I don't think I have ever seen soap being made before.
