Feet

So I talked about feet, and then didn't show them! Not my feet, the doll's feet. We don't even want to *think* about talking about my poor feet. Definitely a design flaw in human feet, in my opinion.

As I said in my earlier post, I thought Starchild's feet turned out a little bulky, a little froggy looking. I only managed to take one photo that shows them at all and I've posted that here, but I'll try to get others. I like the way the pattern has you sculpt the toes, but I think I overpadded the feet. I'll take more as I go.

I LIKE her feet! Good solid feet that will take a lovely Starchild wherever she needs to go in this universe! Do you know yet how you will embellish and/or dress her? I mean, are you letting HER tell you as you go along or is it in your head already? She's going to be extremely special! I can TELL!

Well, if she really doesn't like her feet maybe you can wet them down and iron them a bit flatter. I find that works sometimes.

I think the feet look perfectly alright. Once you start embellishing them you will be surprised at the change. They won't look like frog feet at all.
I often think my dolls have strange feet but once embellished they seem to look alright

Love her hair, her eyes, her fabric and her feet look fine, like Kai said she does have to travel the universe and we all need good strong feet for our journey's.
