PIPs

Tonight, after lots of dinner-time errands, I had just a small amount of playtime in the treehouse. I added a few more things to the "learning altered book" from Wendy's tutorial. When I decided to photo a bit, Starchild was still in the light cube, so I included her in a few shots, too. I decided I need a new folder called PIPs (Projects in Process) rather than DIPs (Dolls in Progress).

Here's a shot of both sides of the book, though it's not complete:

Side two of the spread:

How about some artsy effects?
We got more rain today. Ahhhhhhhhh.....

I love Starchild! She has a sweet wistful look. Your pages in the altered book are lovely!

Are you happy about the rain or had too much? I am still cherishing every drop we get. I hope we have seen the end of our drought after the rain we have gotten this past week.

Oh, my gosh! Though I love the book - it's marvelous! - Starchild just GRABS me. My favorite photo is the next to last one where her head is turned a bit. What a wonderful picture! It makes her look 100% ALIVE! Sue she's your very best doll EVER! I JUST LOVE HER!
